T.O.S

Commission by WhiteChime!

In case you have entrusted me with a Commission/YCH/Custom:

  • Full payment is required either before starting the commission or after I show you the pose sketch.

  • My primary payment method is PayPal. I can also accept payments in Robux or in-game currency from other Roblox games I play, so feel free to ask.

  • My TAT varies considerably, from 3 days to 3 months (sometimes longer), as I'm easily distracted and have anxiety disorder. If you're in a hurry with your order or need it by a specific date, please let me know before the payment, and I'll confirm if I can meet that deadline.

  • Once payment is received, I don't give refunds, as the money is usually used for my household expenses or other things, so please be sure you want to commission me before making a payment.

  • I sometimes post the works on my social medias, so if you'd prefer to keep your order private, let me know in advance.

  • If I consider your character design complex, the price may increase.

  • I reserve the right to decline an order if I don't like the content, if I don't work in the style of art you want, or if any problems arise.

In case you want a design of mine:

  • Give me credit for the design!

  • You can only resell it at a much higher price if it includes additional artwork.

  • My designs are for personal use only unless you purchased them through AB.

  • Do not delete or hide my designs transferred through ToyHouse!

  • If you obtained one of my designs for free and want to give it to someone else, you cannot receive anything in return (money, artwork, characters, etc.) unless it includes at least two additional pieces of artwork.

  • People on my gray or blacklist are prohibited from obtaining a design by me.

  • If an adopt was obtained through AB, you can ignore these rules (the only rule that applies is not giving them to people on my gray/blacklist).

Adopt Notes
β€” If you don't follow my condittions, I will be forced to block you and add you to my Greylist/Blacklist depending on the severity of the issue.
β€” Each and every one of these rules is present in both current and old adopts/designs/customs of mine that were transferred by ToyHouse!
β€” These rules may be updated from time to time to be more specific and avoid misunderstandings, so if you want to sell or trade one of my adopts, please check this page again. Especially the part about the gray and black lists.

Greylist

People on this list are not allowed to obtain a design/art from me, unless I am notified and I consent.
If I find out that one of these people got an adopt/art by me without asking me first, the user who gave the adopt/art and the user on the list, will be automatically moved to my Blacklist.
People here were included for minor breaches of my rules and have a chance to no longer appear on this list.

Blacklist

The users in this list do not have any right to obtain Adopts/Arts made by me.
If I discover that one of my Adopts/Arts ended up in the hands of one of these users thanks to a third part, the user will be moved to the Blacklist for non-compliance with it.
People here were included for major infractions of my rules or even terrible behavior towards me or third parts (For example, bullying, manipulation, toxic behavior, etc).
They have a chance of not appearing on this list anymore, but in a VERY minimal way.

Grey/Blacklist Notes
β€” I have the right to not notify any of these users who are on these lists, unless a situation occurs in which it is strictly necessary tell them.
β€” If someone on the blacklist got a design from me before them was there and ignores my conditions, I have the full right to revoke the character with who broke those
rules.
β€” Just because I put the users on this list does not mean that I hate them or favor any questionable behavior against them. They are simply placed as a reminder to myself, I would not like to make commissions or see my designs owned by these people
